Use any method to send traffic provided it does not violate the terms below and you comply with all of Sockgagged.com's terms and conditions and do not infringe any laws regarding content or copyright.


The following is prohibited:

Email links or SPAMMING OF ANY KIND!
Newsgroup postings with links to us.
IRC or other chat room messages promoting your links to us.
Password selling or trading.
Links to us featuring ANY illegal content such as child pornography, bestiality, violence etc.
Any other practice which may impair our goodwill and business reputation, or expose us to legal liability.

Failure to comply with any of the prohibitions mentioned in the above 2 paragraphs will result in the immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of any funds owed to you.

We shall not be held liable for any loss of income or loss of profit arising from downtimes due to problems with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

We shall not be held liable for any loss of income or loss of profit arising from any downtimes of Sockgagged.com's websites, whether Sockgagged.com is at fault or a third party is at fault.

If you are not satisfied with the Sockgagged.com sites or any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of Sockgagged.com your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your account and discontinue sending traffic to the site.
